Bugatti Car

Bugatti is an automotive company founded in the year 1909 by Ettore Bugatti. Bugatti has its headquarter at Molsheim, France and currently owned by the Volkswagen group. Bugatti is known for manufacturing fastest and most exclusive cars of the world and now limited to the production of exclusive sports cars. Bugatti was known for its technical engineering and unique designs. Bugatti has engine blocks which are hand scraped to give an artistic look and to see that the surface are flat enough so that sealing is not required. Bugatti cars have Guilloche finish on them and safety wires in intricately laced pattern. Bugatti used axles forged in a way such that spring passed rather than bolt which most of the manufacturers used. The famous Bugatti models are Type 35 Grang Prix cars, the Royale, the Type 57 Atlantic and Type 55 sports car.

Bugatti cars were a popular name for racing success where Bugatti type 10 came at the fourth position in its first race and Bugatti type 35 has won over 2000 races and is the most successful of all. Bugatti won consequently for five years from 1925 to 1929. In 1989 Bugatti produced a technical sports car Bugatti EB110GT which by the time came in North American market and European market were called Bugatti America. The Formula one racing champion has its racing driver Michael Schumacher who bought Bugatti EB110 in 1994 as became the most famous Bugatti. In 1998 Volkswagen AG got the rights to produce cars under Bugatti marque the Bugatti EB118 which featured 408 kilowatts and the first W- configuration 16 cylinder engine.

In Geneva Auto show Bugatti EB218 concept was introduced and Veyron 16.4 was presented as the first road car. The Bugatti's new Veyron 16.4 super sports car has entered the Guinness Book of world record with a speed of 431 km/h. It comes with four enlarged 16 cylinder engines and bigger coolers to boost the power of 1200HP. This Bugatti has features like slight raised main spring travel, strong stabilizers and new shock absorbers with complex architecture for racing cars. On the exterior the car gets expanded and reshaped front intakes, a revised back with double diffuser and centrally arranged exhaust system. It is the most expensive car to hit the roads and is doing well in countries like America, Europe and Middle East and is fast emerging in the Indian market out showing the competitors like Rolls-Royce Phantom and Maybach. It uses components like titanium, carbon fibre and magnesium powered by 8 litre engine.
